Lead with confidence and teach with clarity on every piece of equipment.

LB Guides® is my signature advanced education program for experienced movement professionals and studio teams who want to make precise, confident decisions on the Reformer, Tower, Cadillac, Chair, Barrels and Bodhi Suspension System®.

It’s for Pilates studios, rehab professionals, sport coaches and studio owners who already have strong equipment foundations and want deeper reasoning, shared standards and stronger leadership in the room.

I’m LaBriece, founder of LB Guides®, Senior Educator in internationally recognized organizations and a former athlete. I bring over 20 years of work with everyday movers and elite performers, distilled into a framework you can plug directly into your studio, clinic or performance environment to train both yourself and your staff as teachers and leaders.

If you are committed to high‑quality teaching, long‑term growth and moving beyond scripted instruction into principled, integrated understanding, LB Guides® is for you and your team.

Who is it for

Pilates mat and equipment‑based teachers who want to move beyond fixed sequences into responsive, case‑by‑case teaching grounded in clear reasoning

Physical therapists and rehabilitation professionals who want equipment work to integrate seamlessly into strong clinical decision‑making

Studio owners who want a shared professional standard across their team while elevating each teacher’s individual leadership style

Sport coaches and support staff using equipment as part of long‑term strategies for performance, resilience and longevity

This is not entry‑level education. If you’re at the beginning of your professional journey, start with the Balanced Body® Pilates Instructor Trainingbefore applying to LB Guides.

What you’ll come away with

The ability to stop teaching from habit and start teaching from clear, integrated understanding you can rely on in any room, with any client.

Clarity and confidence on exactly why you choose each exercise, spring and set‑up, and what you expect it to create in the person in front of you.

A structured framework for building sessions that are logical, progressive and adaptable — and the ability to justify every decision you make on the equipment.

A grounded, recognizable professional voice that reflects how you think and lead, and a reputation as the person people turn to for answers.

The capacity not just to keep up with the field, but to raise the standard for yourself, your studio and your community.

The LB Guides® Guidebook (available in English/German) to support your ongoing practice.

What LB Guides® involves

Technical study of equipment variables: springs, loops, set-up load lever and intent

Applied practice where you turn those variables into coherent programming that works across different goals

Structured reasoning sessions where you map how exercises relate how small changes shift demand and how to adapt without losing clarity.

Live supervision and feedback to refine how you and your staff see decide and explain your choices to clients and peers

You will learn to see patterns make informed adjustments and clearly explain the “why” behind your programming decisions.

Developing your own unique voice as a teacher and leader
