My Partnerships

My work is grounded in strong collaborations with leading organizations in the Pilates and movement industry, reflecting a shared commitment to innovation, integrity, and the ongoing evolution of movement education.

Balanced Body Inc.

Balanced Body®, celebrating more than 50 years of innovation, is the world’s largest manufacturer of Pilates equipment and a leading force in internationally recognized Pilates education. As a Senior Educator for Balanced Body Education, I teach comprehensive Pilates instructor training courses as well as course for the Bodhi Suspension System, while supporting the development of German-speaking instructors. Through LaBriece® Movement Education [LB Pilates Studios GmbH], the Authorized Training Center for Balanced Body Education in Switzerland, I contribute to Balanced Body’s global education initiatives ranging from instructor training and international presentations to serving as a model for updated educational manuals that promote greater inclusivity within the Pilates industry.

Medidor AG

Medidor AG is a Swiss company based in Zurich and a trusted partner for therapy, health and movement. As the official distributor of Balanced Body equipment in Switzerland they support Pilates studios, physical therapy clinics and movement professionals across the country. Through our official partnership I collaborate with the Medidor team on educational initiatives, industry events and specialized equipment consultations, supporting studios and physiotherapy centers in gaining a deeper understanding of the Balanced Body apparatus, an area that also inspired the development of the LB Guides®.

Pilates.ch

Pilates.ch is the consumer-focused division of Medidor AG dedicated to supporting individuals who wish to bring Pilates into their own homes. Through this platform Pilates enthusiasts can access high-quality equipment and resources designed for personal practice and well-being. Our collaboration connects this growing community with professional Pilates education, creating a natural bridge for those who wish to deepen their practice or take the next step toward instructor training.

Sissel / Novacare / Pilates.de

Sissel / Novacare / Pilates.de serves as the German distributor for Balanced Body equipment and plays an important role within the European Pilates network. Through our collaboration we are helping expand Balanced Body Education across the German-speaking world, including the launch of instructor training intensives and partnerships with studios committed to excellence in Pilates education.

Youpila

Youpila is a Düsseldorf-based movement brand known for its high standards in Pilates and Barre education. With a strong commitment to quality teaching and thoughtful client care the organization has established itself as a respected presence within the German movement community. Our collaboration centers around shared values in movement education and professional development, including hosting portions of my LB Guides® workshops and supporting the continued growth of high-quality instructor training.

Konnect® Method

The Konnect® Method is an innovative system that expands the traditional rope and pulley design of Balanced Body Reformers and opens new possibilities for coordination, strength and integrated movement. As part of my commitment to progressive movement education my Reformers are equipped with the Konnector® Reformer patented system that enables independent and simultaneous movement of both arms and legs with its single-rope pulley system with attachment points for all four limbs. I have completed the certification training with the method’s creator, Viktor Uygan, to integrate this approach into my in-studio personal training and small group teaching.

Ron Brewer | Ron Brewer Images

Exceptional photographer who captured the first professional fitness images of me in Arizona, USA. With a remarkable talent for light and an ability to capture the essence of a moment, his photographs now form the iconic visual foundation of the LaBriece® Movement Education website.

Photographer based in Switzerland who captured the first professional images of my original studio in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland in 2016—photographs that continue to be  essential for my brand. Over the years, Marion has documented several chapters of my work, including the educational images of me featured in the LB Guides® manual and my most recent professional portraits. Her photography also reflects the inclusive spirit of the LB Pilates community, including images that highlight men [my husband and son] participating in Pilates.

Mysea Grice | Photographer

Arizona-based photographer who captured the professional portrait images that represented my work for more than a decade in workshops, presentations, and educational materials. A long-standing client and dear friend, Mysea later became a Balanced Body Certified Pilates instructor herself and continues to be part of my teaching community today, even teaching my beloved 81-year old mother on a weekly basis. I am so grateful to her for helping to keep my mom healthy and strong.

Alexander Kaufmann-Ochsner | Technical Support | Physics Presenter

For many years, my son Alexander has been a trusted source of technical support and collaboration behind the scenes. He has contributed as a Pilates model together with his dad, assisted with countless technical challenges, and teaches physics of the Reformer in some of my continuing education workshops and instructor training courses—work that was pivotal in the creation of the physics section of the LB Guides® manual. Today he works as a mechanical engineer near Zurich. I am deeply grateful for his patience, encouragement, and the many ways he has supported me over the years.

My husband is one of the most constant sources of encouragement behind my work. Patrick has contributed as a model for marketing images and is always willing to lend a hand whenever help is needed—he even takes weekly Pilates classes with me. I am deeply grateful for his steadfast support and the many ways he stands beside me in this journey.
